Knocking down of LINC00461 inhibited cell proliferation and promoted apoptosis. (a, b) The OPM-2 or RPMI8226 cells were cocultured with MSCs in a transwell 6-well microplate with or without dexamethasone (10 μM) and transfected the cells with LINC00461 siRNA. After 48 hours, cell viability was determined using the MTT assay. Besides, (c–f) cell number and colony formation assays were also determined on the OPM-2 and RPMI8226 cells.
