<div>GFP-hUCMSCs were tracked in severely burned rats <i>in vivo</i>. The GFP-labeled hUCMSCs mainly migrated and distributed in blood vessels of the heart, kidney, and liver, and a very few cells migrated into tissues of these organs.</div>
