Neuroprotective Effect of Wharton’s Jelly-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cell-Conditioned Medium (WJMSC-CM) on Diabetes-Associated Cognitive Impairment by Improving Oxidative Stress, Neuroinflammation, and Apoptosis

Effects of WJMSC-CM and insulin on oxidative stress markers in hippocampus of diabetic rats. According to one-way ANOVA (post hoc: Tukey) analysis, administration of WJMSC-CM improved the hippocampus levels of MDA and GSH, as well as the activity of GPx in diabetic rats.
