Extracellular Vesicles Derived from Human Umbilical Cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Promote Trophoblast Cell Proliferation and Migration by Targeting TFPI2 in Preeclampsia

<div>The expression of tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2 (TFPI2) and miR-195 between preeclampsia patients (PE, <i>n</i> = 34) and their gestational week-matched normal control pregnancies (normal, <i>n</i> = 40). Real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect the TFPI2 mRNA (a) and miR-195 (b) level in placentas.
