HUMSCs-MVs regulated expression of MMPs and TIMPs in HFF cells. HFF cells were treated with PBS, HUMSCs-MVs, and DEX and then were collected. Total RNAs were extracted and subjected to RT-PCR analysis. The relative expression levels of MMP-1 (a), MMP-3 (b), TIMP-3 (c), and TIMP-4 (d) were calculated and compared among PBS, HUMSCs-MVs, and DEX treatments. and compared with the PBS group. # compared with the DEX group.
