Exendin-4 Exacerbates Burn-Induced Morbidity in Mice by Activation of the Sympathetic Nervous System

<div>In vivo effect of Ex-4 (2.4 nmol/kg) alone or in combination with propranolol (Prop, 30 mg/kg) on splenic cellularity (a), T cell proliferation (b), IL-2 secretion (c), and differentiation (d–f) in sham and burn-injured animals 24 h after injury.
