Animals were pretreated with normal saline or Prop 30 min prior to injury and then were injected with Ex-4 (2.4 nmol/kg) 30 min after injury. Serum was collected 24 h postburn and the biochemistry parameters were detected. Data are presented as mean ± SD. mice/group. vs. PBS, vs. Ex-4, and vs. Ex-4+Prop.
